Can I purchase vents that will match the color of my wood floor?
Yes, because we have the stain that complements the hardwood floors for most manufacturers. It is therefore possible to stain FINITEC vents in the same color as your floor. If your color is not available, providing a sample will enable us to create a stain that will come as close as possible to the provided sample. |

No, you can purchase the number of vents that you need. Simply visit one of our retailers with the measurements of your vents to place your order. |

What is the delivery time for FINITEC vents?
For standard products, the order will be sent to the dealer within 24 to 48 hours.
For custom orders, the vents will be delivered to the dealer within two (2) weeks.

Will the coating on prefinished vents be able to withstand the heat < generated by my heating system?
Prefinished vents are made with UV baked finish. Therefore, they will easily withstand the heat they will emit.
As for the vents that you will finish yourself, verify the heat tolerance by consulting with the manufacturer of the finish used.

Will the vents change color over time?
The color of the varnish and stain will not change color over time. However, some wood species can change color as they age. This feature also applies to the wood on your floor. |
