My hardwood floor or parquet is a few years old and it is dull, I don't want tot have to sand it to restore it. Is there a way to fix this? |
Simply use Fini-tech Refinisher in 2 easy steps to give a sparkling luster to your floor. The cleaning products normally used leave a residue of soap or oil that accumulates over the years and affects the luster of your floor. Use Fini-tech Preparation (step 1) to remove these residues. Then use Fini-tech Refinisher (step 2) to revitalize your floor. In the future, you can use Fini-tech cleaners that leave no residues. You can also use Fini-tech Restorer. Like the Fini-tech Refinisher, you will have to remove the grease marks off the surface. Use Fini-tech Surface treatment for this purpose. |

| Yes. Fini-tech Refinisher is easily removable with step 1 (Fini-tech Preparation). To obtain maximum results, remove all of the Fini-tech Refinisher on the surface before applying the product again. You can then restore your floor as often as you want without sanding. | |

| Yes. However, it is preferable to use Fini-tech Surface treatment to remove all marks of greasy residues that can alter the adhesion of the product. | |

What is the difference between the Fini-tech Restorer and Fini-tech Refinisher? |
| Their technologies are different. Fini-tech Refinisher (step 2), can be removed without sanding with Fini-tech Preparation (step 1). This is contrary to Fini-tech Restorer which can be removed by sanding the surface. Fini-tech Refinisher is ideal to restore laminated floors that can not be sanded. Its lifespan is 12 to 18 months and may be used as often as desired. Note that it can also be applied on wood floors. Fini-tech Restorer has a lifespan of about 2 years, but because it needs to be sanded to remove it, it is not recommended for laminated flooring. This product is for hardwood floors and parquet. |

| The yellow floors were finished with solvent based products (known as oil based finishes). Age-tech can reproduce the yellow color of an aged finish. You only have to put a finish on the replaced plank. | |
