Produits de plancher Finitec Inc. (hereinafter « Finitec Canada ») guarantees* its Acousti-Tech™ membranes to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, and manufactured in accordance with strict manufacturing and quality control standards ISO 9001: 2000.

Acousti-Tech™ membranes can be used with most products of non-resilient floor coverings manufacturers, according to their own unique specifications (e.g. hardwood, ceramics, etc.).

Finitec Canada will, during the term of the warranty*, replace, reimburse or repair the Acousti Tech™ membrane if determined to be defective.

In addition, Finitec Canada will also replace, reimburse or repair any affected non resilient floor covering surface, installed on top of a defective Acousti-Tech™ membrane, during the term of the original warranty of the floor covering manufacturer or 25 years. (Shortest of the two avail)*.
