Produits de plancher Finitec Inc. (hereinafter « Finitec ») guarantees* its Acousti-Tech™ membranes to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship and to be manufactured in accordance with strict manufacturing and quality control standards ISO 9001: 2000.

The Acousti-Tech™ membranes, as per the use specifications established for each product (for example, ceramics, hard wood, etc.) may be used with products of all manufacturers of such type of hard floor covering.

Finitec will, during the term of the warranty*, replace, reimburse or repair the Acousti-Tech™ floor insulation membrane if determined to be defective.

In addition, Finitec will also replace, reimburse or repair any affected hard floor covering surface, underneath which a defective Acousti-Tech™ membrane has been installed, during the term of the original warranty of the hard floor covering manufacturer or a term of 25 years (the shortest of the two)*.
