| The Canadian Construction
Materials Center, also called CCMC, is a national
organization commissioned to evaluate all types
of innovative construction materials and the conformity
to applicable codes and standards. These standards
include safety, health, protection of buildings
against fire and structural damages. The product
also has to be in agreement with the National Building
Code of Canada.
The needle-punched technology allows every Acousti-Tech
membrane to reached and exceed the CCMC’s
severe standards. By this technology, the CCMC
recognized the properties of the Tech™ membranes
(Tech 3500™, Tech 5000™, Tech 7000™
and Cerami-Tech): non-toxic, rot-resistant, antibacterial,
compression memory and antifungal.
In order to ensure a safe and effective product
year after year, our certification must be revised
