     Nowadays, with Finitec’s products, restoring a wooden floor can easily be completed in no time! No need to contract a renovation expert team, you can do it yourself quickly, with products that produce no unpleasant odour! Finished flooring restoration steps:

  1. Empty the room of all furniture;
  2. Vacuum the room;
  3. Clean your floor with the Finitec Surface Preparation to remove all the accumulated residues and grease. This product is easy and ready-to-use. Odorless, it works in as quickly as 5 minutes.
  4. With the Finitec’s polishing machine, available in a majority of our retailers, roughen your surface in following the machine’s user guide. This simple step allows your surface to be free of all the remaining gloss and create a good adhesion to evenly apply the new finish;
  5. Some areas of your rooms can be more worn out than others. On those spots, apply the Finitec Age-TECH. It will gives back to your used surface the same yellowish tint than the rest or your floor. Follow the product’s instruction on the container;

NOTE: Because that product gives a yellowish tint to your floors, the general flooring has to have a yellowish tint in order to use it, otherwise, you’ll not have an optimal result;

  1. You are now ready to apply the finish to your whole floor! To do so, follow those 10 easy steps. Apply 2 finish layers (Wait 3 to 4 hours between each layer);
  2. Replace your furniture in the newly restored room 24 hours after finishing your project.
