	Can I use Fini-tech cleaners on all types of floors? Fini-tech cleaners are specially formulated for all types of floors (wood, laminated, ceramic and stones). Never use Fini-tech cleaners on oiled or waxed surfaces. If in doubt, proceed to a test on an inconspicuous area of the floor.

	On what surfaces can I use Fini-tech mops and mop covers? Fini-tech mops and mop covers can be used on all surfaces. You must use a clean mop cover and the appropriate Fini-tech cleaner when you change from one floor to another. You can also use them on the walls and to remove dust around the house.

	What is microfibre? Fini-tech mop cover is composed of 50% polyester microfibre and 50% cotton. Microfibre is a synthetic fibre textile extremely small (100x smaller than a human hair) and is strong and has an unequalled scrubbing ability. In addition, microfibre creates an electrostatic effect, allowing the mop cover to catch and trap dirt instead of moving it. Mixed with cotton, which is a natural fiber known for its absorption properties, the Fini-tech cover 50% microfibre / 50% cotton is the perfect complement to a successful cleaning.

	How do I clean my floor to leave no traces? The Fini-tech cleaners leave no traces or residue when the sufficient quantity is used. However, several factors like the cleanliness of the mop cover and the floor may affect the effectiveness of the cleaner. The mop cover should be washed before its first use. Never use fabric softener. The fabric softener leaves greasy residue on the mop cover that marks the floor. Always use a clean mop cover. The mop cover must be changed every 250 to 300 square feet or when it is saturated with dirt or the cleaner.All-purpose cleaners leave residues that must be removed in order to clean properly. Use Fini-tech Surface treatment (do not use on ceramic and natural stone) to remove oily residues left by these cleaners and then use Fini-tech cleaners. 	How many times a year do I have to use Fini-tech cleaners to ensure proper cleaning of my floor? Because Fini-tech cleaners don’t leave any marks or residus, you can clean your floor whenever you need to. Be sure to have some spare mop covers and always use a clean mop cover to clean your floor properly.

	I clean my floor with an all-purpose cleaner and I hear that you don’t recommend this. Why ? Some all-purpose cleaners leave greasy marks and residus on the floor wich catch dirt and may affect the finish of the floor. Fini-tech cleaners are specially made to leave no marks, no residue and it won’t spoil the luster of your varnished floor or your laminated floor.

	Are your cleaners harmful for kids, pets or the environment ? No. Fini-tech cleaners are biodegradable and phosphate free so they are harmless for your family, pets, the environment and yourself.

	Can I use your cleaners on my ceramic floor? Yes. The Fini-tech desinfectant cleaner is specially made for ceramic floors. It is biodegradable and it kills 99.9% of the germs on the bathroom or kitchen floors. It leaves no greasy marks, no residue and it drys quickly.

	Can I use the Fini-tech ceramic desinfectant cleaner on my stone floor? Yes. The Fini-tech ceramic desinfectant cleaner is specially made for surfaces like granite, slate, marble, and natural stones.

	Are the containers used by Finitec recyclable? Yes, restoration product containers are recyclable. Finitec Canada cares about the environment and strongly recommends you to recycle.
